This was such a lovely place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and it really felt like home. The host was super kind and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect — quiet but still close to everything. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back one day.

The apartment was spacious, fresh, and very clean, with everything we needed. The location was peaceful, safe, and pleasantly refreshing. The host was very charming, check-in was seamless, and the flexible checkout was a huge plus for us. The placement of the second bedroom behind a Japanese wall in the living room is quite convenient - just a few steps away from the kitchenette for a midnight snack. As for the sauna, it requires booking in advance, making it delightfully exclusive for short stays.

“Beautiful apartment with amenities in the midst of Bohemian paradise”
The apartment is situated in a beautiful location in a tiny village which gives a real feel of being in Czechia. The hosts are incredibly nice, always willing to help and the upkeep of the apartment is top notch. There is nothing to complain about, in fact. A day before the lady messaged what time we would be coming and accommodated due to the fact we were late. As we arrived there was someone to guide us to park the car, gave the keys, showed the apartment and answered any question, very patiently. They had netflix on both TVs and my kids loved watching movies while dinner was being cooked. The garden is lovely and peaceful. The spa was excellent to relax. Both the Prachov rocks and Trosky castle are very close by. 10 on 10.

“A nice, modern house with terrace in a quiet little town with a small shop”
Recently and modernly furnished, nice and cosy appartment in a small village (there is a house with 2 apartments for rent (one for 5 persons, another one for 4 persons), 2 seperate terraces and 2 parking places behind the gates. The landlords live in a neighbouring house). Very quiet little town, which also has a small shop. Very convenient location to visit the Prachov cliffs and the surrounding castles. We were greeted by a very nice guy (the son of the landlords) who speaks really good English.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Cesky Raj. Very clean and modern apartament. Has everything you may need. Looks even better than on the pictures. You can use sauna and jacuzzi for very reasonable price.
