“It was convenient for avoiding the Clean Air Zone, right next to the train station.”

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. We were driving, so were pleased with the free car park. We had to stay outside the clean air zone of Copenhagen because of our diesel car, so this location was convenient for the train and parking.

“Dirty, shabby room. The compensation I was promised was not given.”

There was blood - or something looking very much like blood - on the curtains in the room. On the chair there were old food, a coin and other items that proved no one had cleaned there for a long time. The carpet was very dirty and had big stains on it. When I told the receptionist about this, I was promised a free stay included breakfast. One month later, I have not received anything from the hotel. This is very dissapointing.

“The best hotel possible in its price range with friendly stuff”

This is the first hotel in my experience, where there was a sweet note left stating who is responsible for the room set up and with two candies on top of the note - both care and responsibility walere shown with the note. And the room was indeed nicely and neatly prepared, very clean. I new it would not be small, but the size exceeds my expectations! Free big parking space on the right side of a hotel and railway station on its left with just 2 stops to Copenhagen central station. One of the best hotel in its price segment I have been to! Would love to stay there again in my next visit to Denmark / Copenhagen.

it was lovely to understand Danish standards & the very relaxed attitude to most things this is very different from Greece where i live & very refreshing We really liked the beautiful water that just flows from the taps, just amazing... the little things are always the big things

Came late, no staff but self check-in is very easy. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Beakfast corresponds to price level. Fresh and good selection of products. Self check-out easy (no staff at 08:30)
