This can be classified as a "scam". Reception open two hours, closing 18:00??? One 100 euros to check in until 24:00. They know boats are comming in from Barcelona 19:00. The price of course " too good to be true" and no money back if you missed that litle detail of the reception time. Read the rules they say, yes, yes. I could not stay at this place, guess why. Booking.com should do something about it.

Great value for money, facilities as described. Walking distance to historic town

Room was basic but spacious, clean and functional (luxury🤔??). The owner was friendly and helpful. The room is kept at around 20 degrees which was fine, if you want extra heating it’s €10 per day. Plenty of free parking around the house. Breakfast is included at cafe 1 minute walk away and was great for us- cream filled croissant and excellent espresso. Location is great for walking in to Tarquinia for the Etruscan museum and avoiding the ZTL traffic limitations/fines. Look it up before you drive in Italy. Excellent Chinese restaurant - Rotunda opposite the property and large supermarket behind it.

Room was very large and comfortable with nice artistic and homely touches. Bathroom was a little small and awkward but attractive. Surrounding old town was worth walking to the accomodation and would have liked to stay longer to appreciate the history but we had only booked one night in this town to be near the start of our cruise in the Port one station away on the next day.

Check in only from 17:00 till 19:30, otherwise they charge you extra 45 €. Room was very hot, air-conditioning for extra charges of 20 €. I've traved with my small dog and been extra charged 10 € for final cleaning. Breakfast is not included, doesn't exist at all, all you get is 10% discount for a bar near by. So in total if you arrive at 14:00 with a dog and don't want to stay in 30° room, you'll spend about 115€ for 1 night without breakfast.
