“Layers of history, unique Etruscan tombs, medieval ambience and great people”
Great location within Tarquinia historic centre, close to Etruscan monuments. Medieval house with real atmosphere. Federica is a great hostess, attentive and helpful. Picked us up from the station and also gave us a lift on another occasion. Good breakfast with cooked eggs and fresh fruit + lots of homemade cakes. Tea making facilities in the reception area, very nice. Tarquinia is more beautiful 😍 than any guide book can tell you. Highly recommend. Thanks again Federica!!

Excellent room — everything was clean, with towels, soap, and shampoos provided. Federica was very kind and friendly, and we are very grateful to her. The breakfasts were delicious, with pastries and drinks. The location of the apartment is very convenient, right in the old town — a place with a great atmosphere. The room was very unique and beautiful, with a lovely little balcony. We 100% recommend it. Thank you, Federica!

“Great property in the old town”
A historic property in the old town. The property was clean and comfortable. Federica is brilliant - we were delayed by a rail strike but she was very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help. Next morning she made us a delicious vegetarian breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

“Central place with great host and free parking nearby”
Federica was a great host, explaining all the details about parking, and how to get to her place. She provided us with a permit to enter and park for free in the limited traffic zone only meters from the room, which was precious. Self check-in went smoothly, and we were able to keep the permit for few more hours next morning, until we finished sightseeing. Also, she helped with restaurants, and instructions what, where and how to visit in Tarquinia, and there is a plenty of things to do there. Room was comfortable, although not very big, and easy to access. In the morning, Federica prepared us excellent breakfast, and we spent some nice time chatting. Definitely worth of recommending.

“Outstanding venue in a really interesting small town.”
The hostess Federica was outstanding. She was extremely helpful, beyond the expectation. The property is a converted 12th Century church so there is one doorway that was about 2 metres high that might bother a very tall person but even that was well informed in advance. Th property is well positioned well presented. Great breakfast catering to all preferences.
