“A convenient and comfortable stay.”
The workers in the hotel were very attentive and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The price was not bad, especially considering that the room had air conditioning. The breakfast was good though small for me. The pool was also small but nice. Location is not the greatest, but it is easy to take a mototaxi to restaurants or other attractions.

Room was clean and good size, excellent air con, friendly and helpful staff, safe, good location - 10 minute walk to main square.

“Decent comfortable room, nothing special”
Stayed at the last minute because my flight was cancelled. The room was clean and comfortable and had really good air con. Staff were pleasant but not that helpful for finding the closest lavandería or recommending vegetarian restaurants, which is fair enough.

Hotel is very cozy and clean. All stall is friendly and easy-going. I am definitely recommend this hotel. If you are going to Tarapoto - the hotel Sueño Tropical is the best place to stay.
