“Beautiful riad - a lovely place to stay in Tangier”

We loved this beautiful riad situated in a quiet neighbourhood at the top of Tangier! The house has a lovely calm feel and Marie, the owner gave us lots of interesting information and ideas for our stay. Breakfast on the terrace is a highlight! We loved our room with Moroccan decoration, and having tea downstairs.

Beautiful bedrooms, lovely building, great location.

Good location very near to the Kasbah.- reatautants and shops. The Riad was very comfortable and homely with a lovely communal seating area to realx as well as an open fire for those chilly evenings. During the warmer months there is a wonderful terrace, The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated with everything we needed. The host Maria was very attentive, quick to answer emails, helpful in booking Taxi to and from airport and was very friendly and welcoming. All in all a wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

Perfect

The Riad was wonderful, very good location with fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. I'm glad we decided to have breakfast there every morning. Marie is an excellent host with attention to every detail. She also helped us arrange a ride to the airport with a little tour along the way and it was outstanding too.

Comfortable & convenient, charming & clean, & cosy with character. Reliable airport transfers, & optional delicious good value breakfast. When Marie knew I didn't drink tea or coffee, she provided two juices. Quick communications from Marie, who listens, & is very organised. Close proximity to everywhere. Excellent value, highly recommended. The wardrobe can be locked, which is very handy when travelling light.

Lovely condition

The guest house is located at a great location and all the attractions are close by. Marie was a great host giving us lots of advice on what to do / places to visit and we enjoyed a good breakfast on the sunny terras. The room also has everything you need, and also the roof terras gives room to relax if needed. Would recommend it for sure :)

Marie was such a gracious and kind host who can help with whatever you need We loved our stay at Dar Sami. The terrace rooms are beautiful and full of natural sunlight. The rooftop terrace is also an extra bonus and a gorgeous place to relax. Breakfast each morning was divine and very filling.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in the heart of the Medina! The location is perfect – just a short walk to all the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The highlight of my stay was the stunning terrace with breathtaking views – a perfect spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere of Tangier. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

No words can describe Marie. She is absolutely wonderful and is an incredible example of what a host should be on every level. The location of the house is great and you can get to everywhere on foot. It is a very typical Morrocan house with a beautiful rooftop with great city views. Everytime we needed indications or a taxi, Marie provided and helped us. Highly recommended if you are in Tangier. Merci Beaucoup Marie!! Á la prochaine!
