Everything about the place. The apartment was amazing, clean and comfortable. Cleaners came in daily and done an amazing job. The pool was a brilliant addition which both adults and the kids enjoyed. Loved the fact it was so close to the beach but far enough away it was private.

Personal experience. Owner came to welcome us on a weekend while working on a personal project. Luca addressed us secondly. He's the manager. Again very personal. No complaints. This accommodation appears to be in a very touristy town and we really enjoined being so close to the action yet tucked away in a very private location.

The staff could not be any nicer or more responsive. Luca was on site and helped us plan all of our activities. He was a gem! The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained too. It was great to have all the space for our group.

We loved everything at The Breeze. The location is great a few meters from the beach. The place is perfect, super central but also quiet and with is own charm. Beautiful. The owner and his staff are doing an amazing job to maintain this paradise. Go there and you won’t regret your stay.

Little hidden paradise just few hundred metres from beach, restaurants and bars with beautiful villas set in nice garden with pool that kids loved. We enjoyed evening drinks in front of the villa sometimes having pleasant chat with owner Jean Marc 😊. And croissants he brought in the morning made my day (although I know they were for kids 😊).

I loved the place, it is really close to the beach and the host (Jean Marc) is a tremendously nice guy who made us feel welcome from the get-go. We loved the stay and how privately comfortable it was! The place is exactly what is advertised, 100% recommended!

Breeze Villas is calm oasis in the middle of vibrant Tamarindo resort. You have all the privacy you can imagine. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, just perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Kids were enjoying nice swimming pool in tranquil garden. Car parking is right in front of the gate. We felt absolutely safe, family which cares about the resort live just next to the gate. They are ready to help you day or night. From Breeze it’s 2 minutes’ walk to the Tamarindo beach. 2 minutes to the supermarkets and there are plenty of local restaurants in short walking distance. You can buy fresh fruit in the morning from the local farmer selling from her car about 400m away (turn right on the main road and then left on the main cross-road). We loved fresh breakfasts on the porch of our villa.
