“A bit over priced for what it offers and not a place to stay if you want a beach you can swim from”

The hotel has a nice quiet atmosphere and the bathroom was amazing - a bath like a swimming pool! Breakfast was also very good, lots of choices available.

The rooms themselves were very modern, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good as was the dinner we had. We enjoyed the free cocktail on the beach in the evening and the staff were friendly.

I liked that there was initially a miscommunication about our room and it was fixed relatively easily and quickly. I liked our villa and pool, the friendliness of the staff, the helpfulness of the staff too, especially Eddie, Johnny and Nicole. We wanted quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo and we got it despite only being a 20 min walk away from restaurants and beach

“Calm and beatiful place”

It is an oasis in a busy area like Tamarindo, very calm and cosy. The breakfast and all the food in the restaurant are impressive, fresh, well-cooked and healthy, beautifully served. Nice swimming pool, but sometimes there are no available sun beds. The room was well equipped, spacious, stylish, and clean. A cleaning lady pleased our little one and us as well with funny creatures made of towels after tidying up the room

One of the most gorgeous hotels we’ve ever stayed in, staff went above and beyond to make out stay perfect in every way, complimentary cocktails on the beach for the beautiful sunsets every night were the icing on the cake. Lovely (warm) pool with howler monkeys and beautiful birds all around. Delicious breakfast. Only a short taxi ride into the centre but nice to come back to the calm! Loved every minute!

Wildlife: Howler monkeys right out side our room, several birds and butterflies Grounds completely covered in foilage, feels like living in the jungle Secluded Access to local beach, great for sunsets and free cocktail at 5pm from the hotel Excelent service very good buffet breakfast was included Various tours on offer Electric carts for hire to travel to Tamarindo town (15 min walk or 5 min drive) Lovely pool setting with bar service, free insect repellant although insects don't seem to be major problem here Plenty of external restaraunts to vary your menu

We really enjoyed our stay, the seascape and beach error is wild and beautiful. While I was there I had a health problem and the hotel's response was amazing. They could not have been more helpful, in particular, Gabrielle, a member of the night staff was exceptional. The problem was minor in the scale of things, but a huge thank you to Gabrielle and other staff members.

Amazing staff, and delicious food. Great pool area and lovely cocktails on the beach at sunset.

Nice room in the forest. We saw monkeys one of the days. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Nice pool and sunset at the beach next door. Great farm to the table tour with amazing food. Strongly advise it Very good fondation and yoga classes.
