Spacious and close to stores and tram stop

“Always happy to return for a few days and enjoy Talance and Les Halles just opposit.”

I have stayed here a few times now and choose this accommodation over the others close by because of the spacious rooms and excellent location.

Location is excellent, easy to take tram and busses.

The most fantastic location! The B Tram stopped right outside and across from that was a food hall with excellent food. The apartment was very clean and warm, the shower hot and strong and the kitchen fully equipped. I was very impressed with how quiet the aprtment was - the soundproofing was excellent.

Everything was OK except the internet. I couldn't use the internet well.

Coming back to the air conditioning after a long hot day sight seeing..

The double bed frames have extremely sharp edges. Both my son and me were injured because we hit our lower leg there. Still not cured 100%. “Very functional place for a one night stay over”

“Clean and tidy”

Clean room and comfortable bed. the sofa bed has seen better days though ad needs replacing, as you couldn't sit on it without feeling like you were sliding off. Just a 10 minute walk from Park Peixotto, our reason for staying here. Not easy to find though and lots of road works on th surrouding streets, which obviously is not the hotel's fault. There is some street parking outside the reception which is free for 1.5 hours per day and free from 7pm to 9am. So we managed to get our parking for free as we arrived at 5.30pm and left at 10.20am. Nice Asian restaurant next door to the reception. We would stay again.

Nice and clean property in the centre of Talence. Everything was clean and well kept, decent sized bed and bathroom... staff at the building were very useful

Staff leaving hotel in 20:00 and gave us wrong password for wifi. So we are lived without internet

Comfortable and good location

Friendly staff, although they don't speak English they were very patient with the communication and decent breakfast. They also arranged for a late check in/early check out which was very helpful. Good location.
