“A bit wearing”
The hotel was very difficult to find. No proper signage. We came by taxi and access was through the parking gate

Breakfast was superb! Very tasty food, delicious fruit salad, a lot of choice. Besides, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom really big (considering the price....).

“Simple comfortable hotel with great service.”
This hotel is part of the College and a lot of the staff are young people being supervised as they learn how to provide customer service in a hotel environment. For that reason, they were all polite and always helpful! The hotel rooms have been refurbished and were clean very comfortable and spacious. There are few hotels in this part of Bordeaux - so I suggest you try it and help the next generation of hoteliers! Excellent value for money as a result.

part of the university in Talence, this hotel restaurant is a school to graduate with practice. the team is young and willing to perform well, the rooms are modern, very clean, functional and comfortable.

I think this hotel is like a training place for the students from hotel management academy. The students were very friendly even though their English has still to be improved. We like them!
