Our stay at PrideInn Mara Camp & Cottages from 1st June to 4th June was truly amazing and one of the most memorable parts of our trip. From the moment we landed at Ol Kiombo Airstrip, the experience started beautifully with an evening game drive. When we reached the camp, we were welcomed with a lovely traditional dance, and our room was beautifully decorated, which made us feel very special. The hospitality throughout the stay was warm, caring, and very personal. Being vegetarian, we were initially a little concerned about food, but the team took excellent care of us. Every meal was delicious and had a wonderful Indian taste. The highlights of our stay included the hot air balloon safari, breakfast in the jungle with a long-table setup, full-day game drives, lunch in the middle of the jungle, and a beautiful sundowner. The team also arranged a cozy birthday dinner for me, where Millie, Fred, and others brought a cake with dancing and music. It was such a heartfelt and memorable celebration. A special thanks to Millie Nchoko, Enock, Jeremy Okaka, Edson Mwaboza, Sialo Meikuaya, Edwin Kahindi, Anderson Saitoti, Fred Letoluo, and Alfred, our tour guide. Everyone made us feel comfortable and cared for. Overall, everything was warm, comforting, well-organized, and full of beautiful memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Masai Mara.

The facilities were clean and comfortable but the staff really made all the difference. Very kind, helpful at all times. It was raining heavily but the staff attended to our requests at all times.

Pride in will always be our greatest partners in masai mara , the meals and rooms are outstanding, it’s open access to the Masai mara reserve , is a great for connecting after game driving in the reserve , I love the way they take care of the guides , with good accommodation and good meals , something most camps don’t do for the guides

The location is amazing with both entry points through Masai mara and to the village Guest room has a unique shower like water flowing out of a rock , it was amazing . Guides welfare is respected, good guides rooms and showers

The camp is in a very good location and the rooms are perfectly surrounded by trees to give a natural vibe. The rooms were very spacious and with excellent staff who were there for any help round the clock. The Talek river view restaurant had a perfect river view and the food was amazing and they made sure we get the food pack for the days when we went for game drive Overall me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will come back whenever we plan our next safari (In sha Allah).

I booked PrideInn myself, which is not a typical move at Masai Mara (usually a tour provider would sort everything out for you for a hefty fee), so I was prepared for things to be a little patchy. Instead, PrideInn defied my expectations at every turn, and ensured that everything was as smooth and seamless for me and my group. Service is outstanding, from the frontperson (Edison and Sylvia), the restaurant staff (Ambani and Dominic) to the guards, the cleaning personnel, waiters, chefs and bartenders. No one spared a smile or a kind gesture and were committed to meet us in our needs and special requirements. Rooms (whether tents or cottages) were exceedingly comfortable and well equipped — proper mattresses, thick blankets, clean towels, toileteries offered, plenty of power outlets, sufficient lighting, hot water (actually hot) running without an issue. Common areas strategically located by the Talek river are a delight. Food was plentiful and delicious. Something for every taste. I am vegan and never found myself wanting; chef was there to answer my questions on ingredients and special dietary requests were met within minutes. Ambani took care of organizing for us a packed breakfast for our esrly morning game drive, making sure that every box was marked with name and packed with the specific things we had selected the night before. For a person with high standards is such a joy to leave an accommodation without a qualm or complaint, only with the certainty that I will come back.

A wonderful lodge situated right on the Talek riverfront with direct access to the Masai Mara National Park. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was the perfect blend of relaxed but professional, and the staff were wonderful. Huge shout out to Brenda who made us so comfortable - from coffees at 5am before a game drive to rustling up pack lunches. She was fantastic!
