Overview
Horský Hotel Srdiečko offers its services and a unique mountain atmosphere since 1958. Guests can benefit from a ski-to-door access as well as a wellness centre and a ski lounge bar, which were reconstructed in 2013. Wellness area features a relaxing room, 3 saunas and an outdoor hot tub. Each room at Horský Hotel Srdiečko comes with a wooded furniture, a TV, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower or a bath tub. The on-site restaurant serves a traditional Slovak cuisine and free WiFi is available all areas. The parking is possible by the hotel. The Horehronie region is ideal for hiking and many other outdoor activities including cycling, skiing or snowboarding.

“Overall, we had a great experience with just a few minor things that could be improved:)”
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. There was a huge selection, and everyone could easily find something they were in the mood for. There were plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, which was a big plus. The coffee was decent, and they even offered plant-based milk, which was great. We could choose from several egg dishes, different kinds of meat and cheese, and the wholegrain bread was especially appreciated. The sugar-free herbal teas perfectly completed the experience. Overall, the breakfast was truly amazing, it was such a great way to start our day :) The location was also fantastic, as you could literally ski straight to the lift, which made everything so easy. Having a private ski storage room was incredibly convenient; we’ve honestly never experienced something like that before. There were even boot dryers, which made it a solid 10/10. The wellness area was almost perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything:)

Very nice location, clean rooms, maximum kind staff, good foods. GoPass was included, so free cabel-cabin for everybody one time return ticket per day included. Flawless breakfast. Perfect wellness.

Everything was fine! Really! Extra kind staff -waiteres, waitresses, receptionists - everybody! We have never met such a kind hotel staff! The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, the wellness is well equipped. And we got cable car and aqua passes - which is great.

The parking was a lot covered in snow, the food is the same every morning,the owner/administrator behaves like a mobster and shouts at people, the staff doesn’t speak english, probably the worst place i’ve ever been.I don’t recommend.
