“A wonderful few days at Gilju B&B”
What a fabulous property. We stayed in Gozo for 2 days in early and we booked Gilju B&B. It was fantastic. We had a lovely double bedroom with a huge very comfortable bed. The B&B is so clean and comfortable There is a beautiful pool where we were able to relax and enjoy the sunshine The hosts Donal and Michelle were so welcoming and full of advice on what to see and do on the island. The breakfast was amazing and I can highly recommend Donal’s pancakes . They were so good I had them both days. Michelle also cooked scones and they were lovely with jam and cream. They also provide cereal, eggs bacon and a variety of juices. The B&B is quite close to Xaghra main “square” where there is a large variety of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend Gilju B&B and we will definitely stay there again

“Michelle and Donald were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was big and delicious!”
The location was perfect, a gorgeous and quiet town. The hosts were the best, we absolutely loved them and their calm and sweet dog Hank. We ate massive breakfasts everyday and they were better than declious. I'm gonna come back for sure.

“Wonderful hosts in a peaceful town in Gozo”
Wonderful hosts Shelly and Donal made us feel very welcome along with their amazing dog Hank! It felt like staying over at a friend's house. Great breakfast, lovely pool and hot tub areas. Nice location in a quiet area, a short 5-10 min walk from the main square. Highly recommend and would be happy to stay again. Thanks for having us!!!

“Wonderful place to unwind and relax”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this B&B! The host couple are truly exceptional — warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Although we missed breakfast due to arriving late the night before, they kindly offered us something to eat later in the afternoon, it was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was very clean and cozy, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though the hosts live on the property, we never felt any pressure — instead, it felt like we were visiting friends. We had lovely and fun conversations and genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere they created. The property is in a quiet area but not far from Victoria and has nice countryside views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

Everything was absolutely excellent. Donal and Michelle are superb hosts — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Their hospitality was truly amazing. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return!

Location excellent. Family was very helpful and friendly. It was clean however we were there for three night and were never offered any top up toilet roll or clean towels.
