“Enjoyed my stay”
Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Both public and private onsens are nice. Location is good, walkable to the morning market and old town.

Hotel with lots of perks - public bath with pajamas given, free private bath, dozens of shampoo and conditioner for you to choose in female side eg diane, kose, himawati, free popsicle after bath at night, free beer in the evening, free gift if you choose eco friendly room cleaning, 2 bottles of 500cc mineral water exchangable for 2 L bottle water, tasty breakfast, small upper open deck with marshmallow bbq, umbrella, luggage rack for storage at reception, ample parking space at 800 yen per day, plenty of vending machine option, library with comics and books...

“Good location, with private and public Onsen.”
Nice hotel, the welcome beer was a nice touch. Room was clean but a bit small. We used the private Onsen which was very good. Breakfast was ok.

“Good place to stay”
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Even though the hotel is quite large, it was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, and the room was fairly spacious. The staff were very friendly and accepted two Amazon deliveries for me without any issues. The hotel also has its own onsen.

“Amazing stay in Takayama, very recommended!!”
The hotel itself was great and very clean, the amenities were amazing. They give you free drinks for each day you are there which we thought was a nice touch, also they onsens were nice and very well kept. The location is very good and only 10 minutes walk from the old town. Very worth it for the price which was very cheap

Wat Hotel and Spa is very well located, walking distance from the station, old town and lovely markets. Breakfast is very good and alot of variety available. Little extras like welcoming drinks and a fire pit to toast marshmallows after visiting the glorious onsen can be found. Very good value and good sized bedrooms compared to those found in the bigger cities, Tokyo/ Kyoto.

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful spacious rooms, good onsen rooms, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is quite complete, there are options to suite wide range of tastes. Has a parking lot.

“Ok for the price”
Room was great and closely located to the train station. Amenities were all right. The 1F bar was a great perk and fun to socialise with others. The library was also nice
