Smooth checkin. Clear instructions given for check in before arrival. We arrived earlier than check in time and could leave our bags in the apartment. The washing machine was handy, even washing powder provided.

“Good value for money, not far from transport hub.”
Compact studio, clean and neat offering cooking facilities and washing machine (though I didn't use them). Within walking distance to train station and the port for island ferries. Convenient self-service check in. Would recommend if looking for self-contained place at a reasonable price in Takamatsu.

“Good value for the money”
It was a typical stay in Japan, equipped and compact. It was good for the money paid. Since it's a small town, the location was okay and close to some very cool cafes.

The location is excellent, especially if arriving by ferry. Theres resturants and a good supermarket within easy walking distance. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay.

Cleaning staff did a great job and were very polite and courteous. No garbage separation or recycling bin.

“Beautiful place”
The place looks very new and clean It is small but has everything u need The kitchen is small but so functional and they even provide u a washing machine Love the stay very much

“Great affordable place to stay with eatery options very close.”
We arrived tired and late so we didn't discover the restaurants just outside our accommodation until the next day. There is a large seafood restaurant on the wharf and two smaller eateries on the opposite side of the road. All are very handy. The box shape of the exterior belies the modern well appointed interior that even has a washing machine. We didn't meet the host but he sent message giving is the key box code and told us to let him know if there was any issues or anything he could do for us. The price was very reasonable too.

It was like a mini apartment. It had a little kitchen and a washing machine in the room. Near the station and the port and the castle. The keys were in a lockbox, so check in/out was very easy. Everything was great, and I felt it was very good value for money.
