Located a 20-minute walk away from Takachiho Bus Centre, Takachiho B&B Ukigumo offers views of Takachiho Gorge. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. “Peaceful 1-night stay in Takachiho”
Great spot near Takachiho gorge, can walk right down to the hiking path and boats. Room had a great view and was big enough to be comfortable for 4 people. Nice simple breakfast included.

“Value for money for a cozy, clean & comfortable lodge”
Simple breakfast of eggs, toast with different spread, beverages is a sweet gesture from lodge. Owner speaks English so no issue with communication. A 10min walk to Takachiho Gorge and famous shrine is along main road leading to lodge.

“A superb hotel experience that I highly recommend.”
The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is unlimited, so you can eat as much as you want. Free drinks (water and coffee) are available even outside of breakfast hours. Free parking is available. There is the possibility to wash your laundry.

Perfect no frills B&B in a perfect location right next to Takaciho Gorge. The included breakfast is a great bonus.
