I‘m writing this in English in order to make sure that everyone understands the nightmare that I had during my stay at this “4 STARS HOTEL”, I don’t even know how to start or what to mention first, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bathroom had a bad smell and was dirty, I changed 3 or 4 rooms and it was the same disaster everywhere The staff were unhelpful and didn’t respond well to complaints. Wi-Fi was not working, no mini bars in the rooms, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others. Please if you don’t want to ruin your holiday don’t go there 🙏🏻

my belongings were stolen in this hotel. Nobody gave it back to me. the manager, the biggest boss, said that the owner was not interested in the hotel and his children were clueless. hotel standard is max 2 stars

We had to wait too long to get a room although we already booked it, and the stuff refused at first to give us a room saying that booking website is not a trusty website and they don't work with it so our booking is not valid. The AC was not working correctly in the room and the room no one clean it until we left the hotel but we found it clean at first. The only thing I appreciated is how lovely and kind the stuff in the kitchen.
