Everything was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home from the first. The resort is beautiful, with several pools, jacuzzis, excellent facilities, and a stunning beachfront location. Watching the sunset over the ocean every evening was unforgettable. The cleanliness, service, food, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful pool view and sea view! Literally a step away from the beach which is really nice for walks and activities without having to travel. All the staff were very lovely - special shout out to Ahmed at reception for organising excursions, Farhat and Elmahdi for excellent bar service and Jamal at the door for excellent service. We enjoyed our time there.

Great clean all inclusive resort. Best food at an all inclusive we've had - really tasty each day. Really love the 24/7 pastries and coffee available. We sometimes get bored at resorts; but as the public beach and promenade were on the door step of the resort you had plenty of things to do outside the resort e.g. we went surfing and went for a long walk to Taghazout.

We had an amazing stay, the highlight for us was the staff, everyone was really friendly & helpful. The food was 10/10, best buffet experience we have ever had. Our room was also perfect, there was a slight mix up on check in but the reception staff were happy to sort all out quickly. We had the best week and can’t wait to go back!

“A relaxing holiday in a beautiful country!”

The staff were amazing and the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful! There was a good selection of food, from the buffet restaurants, pool bar and à la carte restaurant. The sunsets over the ocean were none like I’ve ever seen, and watching them each night was a highlight! Loved the heated outdoor jacuzzi’s- especially as the pools were a little too cold to swim in in May.

Excellent food and service from all staff especially from Yassine and Imad in la culina dining. The lady who cooks the morning omelettes also deserves a mention. Property is kept very clean Good availability of sunbeds

Beautiful location a few steps from the sea. Bars, restaurants all excellent with a large choice. Staff always with a smile and happy to help.

Every single member of staff, from the welcoming reception team (“Tea Man” included) to the housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff, and the exceptional animation team, made the experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all again!

It was very big, spacious and a lot to do. Clean somewhat, but the sheets in my room had blood on it and even though they made up the room everyday they never actually changed the sheets

Lovely rooms and settings. We had a beautiful room it was my sister’s birthday and they decorated it for her with the birthday package I think I paid around £40 the hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff were okay.

Very convenient location especially if you want to surf! Hotel is very spacious, also the common areas. Extremely clean -- rare to see the cleaning ladies so thorough when you look at how they clean!
