“Bad customer service”
I accidently put the wrong date and after multiple phone calls with reddoorz straight after I booked it they told me there was nothing they could do as their policy states but to ring booking.com to and get a modified email for the date change so they can change the date to the night after. After contacting booking.com multiple ways through phone call and live chat they assured me the request was sent, I contacted reddoorz again to be told it was not received. After send request for date change through booking.com I never got a reply from Reddoorz. We booked the hotel again for the night after and when we arrived nobody even informed the hotel that we wasn't going to arrive and they flagged me as a no show on booking.com very poor customer service from Reddoorz.

“good value for a short stay”
I booked in this location to sleep for some hours after a very early arrival cause it has a 24 hours reception and is located near Cebu port. Everything is simple but ok. It was possible to park inside and the staff was friendly.
