Definitely lives up to its 3 C's! Important tip! When you're done with payment and the booking is confirmed, please select your estimated time of arrival asap. That way, the property owner will be notified and provide you with the contact number of the caretaker (Maam Fe) via this app's chat. I didn't know this, so I was panicking when owner was unresponsive on my questions on how to access the property haha my fault I didn't specify our ETA on the onset. Anyway, back to my feedback: the property location is very convenient, just beside Ayala Mall. The condo was spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 batchroom. There's AC units in each room and in the living area. The TV was huge, with Netflix and has great sounds. The internet speed was reliable. There's hot and cold water to both showers. There's a full size ref, working stove, electric kettle. Didn't use the microwave (I was shy hehe). Overall, the price is definitely worth it. Maam Fe was responsive in text
