The condo unit was exceptional, it feels like you are at home, everything you need was there. I also love the cleanliness and interior of the unit, and the smell was very good the moment we step in the room and the care taker was very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Here's a polished version of your review: Upon entering the room, the pleasant scent is the first thing you'd notice. The sheets are fresh and clean, and the room is cool and comfortable. There's a beautiful view of Taal Lake, and everything including the comfort room is spotless. A truly refreshing and relaxing stay.

The place is walking distance to rotonda which makes it close to transpo and malls. The unit is also relatively good in size and well kept.

Excellent studio with good views of the town and lake. Well located 5 minutes walk from the Fora Mall area. There are also lots of eating options even closer to the studio. All topped off by excellent communication from the host, a friendly arrival and departure process. Thank you!

We stayed at the property and relaxed! The surroundings were ideal for unwinding and recharging; the vibe was calm. This property is a great choice to concentrate and rejuvenate or for somewhere to escape the bustle. We eagerly await our return.

I like most was the very first step when we entered the room, it smell so fresh and relaxing.in addition to that the caretaker/owner granted my request to have a thick linen. They are very accomodating and easy to deal with.

This is my second time booking with them. I've always liked their service. Ronald was very responsive, friendly and helpful. It was easy to get breakfast from the shops/restaurants downstairs. Some of them even offer room service.

The proximity to the city center was one of the reasons I chose this place. Given that traffic can be really heavy on weekends, I could just as easily walk to one of my favorite cafes in Tagaytay, other dining places, grocery and shopping malls, convenience stores and a lot more, all less than a kilometer from the place. The views from the roof deck was great!

I like how accomodating Kuya Ronald is. The place is perfect. Good ambiance and very neat.
