Free Wifi is only a prepaid wifi the is barely useable. The room has very poor mobile signal. At the same cost, I wish I had booked a different room.

They collected a property security deposit as agreed in their terms and conditions in our stay but will be refunded upon check out, sadly I have not received my refund yet untill now. I've been calling them but my call is always been disconnected.

Although this is non-refundable, I think having signal number 3 can also be a reason for this to be cancelled or re-scheduled. But the property has no consideration at all to provide any communication at all.
