“A very nice stay”

Very nice hotel in the center of Tafraout, very easy to find and with plenty of parking in the street. The room and bathroom were clean, there is also a nice terrace and the breakfast was good. The staff is very nice, thanks Hicham for making me feel welcomed.

“Like a family stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at this small, intimate guesthouse. From the very beginning we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. Every morning the girl made sure we had warm, freshly baked bread and delicious eggs. We loved it so much that we even asked if it was possible to have a bit more, and they kindly brought us extra bread and food without hesitation. She also prepared tea with fresh herbs, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, they were always attentive and happy to help us with anything we might need. Unfortunately, we visited during the rainy season. In this province, when there is heavy rain, the central water company sometimes shuts off the water supply. The hotel does have an emergency water system, but because we were the last ones to shower that morning, there was no water left at that moment. However, it wasn’t a big issue, as by mid-morning, after breakfast, the water was back. In any case, the hosts apologised many times and genuinely tried to help us in every possible way, even looking for solutions to the water situation. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy, quiet and intimate stay. It is run by two hosts who clearly care for it as if it were their own home, and they made us feel truly welcome.

Amazing girl who runs the hotel. She was so nice, helpful and friendly. We were able to have wine. Location in the very center of Tafroute. Free parking, nice breakfast.

Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. The owners are very nice and helpfull. The room was clean a bed comfy, hoy showet as a bonus. I enjoyed also delicious breakfast on the terrace with the city view. Thank you very much for your hospotality🙏

“Excellent! Clean and friendly, central, great budget option”

Excellent location in the centre of Tafroute. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. I had Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the town, omelette, bread, jam tea and coffee. The staff also speak English. The rooms were clean and comfortable I couldn’t ask for more for the price on my solo Moroccan motorbike trip. I’ll be back next year . Upon entering this charming hotel we were greeted by Mohamed and were immediately made to feel completely at home. His warmth and smile will remain etched in our memory from this short 2 day visit to a very special hotel. Les Amis sheds exceptional light on the quality of Berber hospitality and cultural refinement. It's super clean, secure and comfortable. Made this too short trip to the Anti-Atlas a stand out in our month-long swing through Morocco.

“Great location, good value”

Basic but comfortable hotel in great location in centre of Tafraout, with nice breakfast on terrace overlooking main junction, great to warch early morning life go by. Single room was clean with comfortable bed. Hotel has nice berber decor and paintings. Friendly host. Overall great value for money. Great location for walks to coloured rocks, lions face and traditional berber house.

A proper home from home with true Berber hospitality, right in the heart of Tafroute. You can watch all the comings and goings from the balcony. This is my second trip, I will be back again.

Well situated, basic but comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. English spoken. Parking outside.

Les Amis was perfectly located in town centre, with a nice balcony view. Room was simple and facilities were basic, but it was comfortable and perfect for us. Salem was exceptionally helpful, friendly and hospitable. He recommended us an excellent restaurant and organised a taxi to Ait Mansour for us. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in Morocco. Very good value for money. Highly recommend :)
