“Book again anytime”

The staff were very friendly and warned us about a snowstorm, so we were able to cancel for free. When we booked the accommodation again, everything was wonderfully comfortable. There was also a small selection of breakfast items.

The location is great: Pristine nature, very quiet, but not far from the town of Tadoussac. There was a nice view from our room on the frozen lake. I found the place great for off-trail skiing. (There are no groomed ski trails, but that was not a problem for us.) There is a snowmobile trail passing through the property, but we saw very few snowmobiles passing. The facilities are also great: c;lean, spacious, warm and comfortable.

The location was great, with a view onto a beautiful lake (if you get the right rooms). The access was easy and parking was plenty. The access to a kitchen was nice (but no public fridge space).

The view was beautiful, the kitchen facilities were very convenient, the breakfast was good as well. Access to row boats. The staff were pleasant as well. It was clean and the washroom was nice. The hot water to the show doesn't last long so be quick and the C is for hot the H is for the cold water.

The building is located on the shore of a picturesque lake. You have the opportunity to take a boat ride on it.

“Provoked”

The “room” was a fishing cabin. We arrived about 4:15 to find a key on a hook with our name and instructions to find the cabin. Fortunately staff had not closed the office and were able to provide bedding and instructions to find the cabin and to turn on water. While the cabin met our needs it did not meet expectations formed from the ad. As en example, breakfast was not offered as advertised.

Situation

We did not get the room ordered. The clerk was not kind and said. There is no other room. There was no soap in the shower sink. There was no coffee in the room as it was written in the order.

We had a wonderful view of the lake from our room and the balcony. Parking was easy and secure. Our room was comfortable and quite spacious.

Lovely view over the lake in a quiet spot just off the main road. This is basically a fishing and hunting club which aims to cater to that kind of clientele. A useful stop along the road for others.

“A wonderful room with a magnificent view”

We travelled for three weeks in Canada and this was by far the best placed we stayed in. The view was just magnificent, the calm was very enjoyable and the staff was super friendly.

Large room with the balcony facing the lake! Very clean! Friendly lady at the reception. Free use of boat on the lake.

excellent place/location if you are looking for nature Canada - trees, lake, beavers, silence. Host and guide very nice and helpful view from room / balcony onto lake is breath-taking
