Unable to get a reply from the motel after my visit - not responding to messages or emails. Did try calling but rang for 4 minutes before I gave up

“Warning.”
The lady at check-in was rude. There was an issue with my prepayment, but didn't want to explain or help me figure it out. Had to wait till the next day with booking.com on the phone to get it figured. In the morning we noticed there was blood splatter from what looked like a needle behind the bathroom door. ( PIC IN COMMENTS) They dont give you a bathtub plug. You only get two towels.

“Staying here changed my life forever bed bugs ever where can n the rooms for”
Nothing it was the worst place to stay l. The room was not clean at all between the mold the bed but gas and not going or missing all together lamp shades tv dresser drawer no hot water an only one light working and when I told the employee about it he said nothing but have a nice night

In this hotel, on the ground floor on the ihop side, I was bitten by insects. At first I think it’s an allergy, but unfortunately the bite on the bed was so bad that I even had traces of blood on the bed. Therefore, if you are lying in bed, and suddenly your hands begin to itch, then pay attention to the fact that insects, it turns out, live in your rights. I'm sure they fixed this bug, but for several days it left me awake and unable to work.
