What authorization did the people who cleaned the room have to open our suitcases to put things inside? We went to the reception when we realized that our iPad charger was missing, and when we spoke to the reception they said that there had been a mistake and that they had taken our things from the room because we didn't have two nights, and then he realized that everyone was wrong and came back with our things and that our personal belongings were gone. I want to know what authorization they had to touch our suitcases, take our belongings from the room without us being there, open our suitcases inside, I want to know how they are going to proceed or if I will have to call and when they realized the mistake, they returned our belongings to the room, missing our belongings that had gone missing. I want to know how they are going to solve the problem?

“Great location and breakfast”
The breakfast was great! Very good value, included choice of an entree, juice, and tea or coffee. Staff were friendly. The location was great, close to plenty of dining and shopping options and a quick stop off the interstate for our overnight stay.

Comfy bed, good water pressure, pool and hot tub are nice - but beware that they are in a separate building (though still fenced into the property), friendly staff

“Jetlag Recovery Heaven”
We absolutely loved the beds, they were extremely comfortable and soft. Also the block out blind, the view of Mt Rainier and the huge tv. Also the toiletries in the bathroom, excellent idea.

“Great Value!”
This was a fantastic spot for our group of 4! The check-in was seamless with friendly staff, the room was clean, and the check-out was smooth. There is Mega Pharmacy, H Mart Tacoma, 7-Eleven and Shell gas station close by driving if you needed to grab anything. The parking included was such a nice touch. I would recommend staying here.
