Good location, clean, kind staff.

We visited Tacoma for the concert at the Tacoma Dome. The hotel is close to the venue and the staff at the front desk also gave us a view of the dome, which is pretty sweet. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Love the food/snack shop at the lobby, easy to grab something to eat!

Location, parking availability, attractive foyer. Walking through the university grounds is always very pleasant.

location was good. It was bar exam season so the price was expensive. However the facility was very good and the staff was very kind. Did not have a chance to order breakfast because many bar exam takers were there.. crowded. Luckily I brought my own food so it was okay

Good location if you are going to a show at Tacoma Dome

Despite the ongoing work for modifications in the hotel an overall positive stay.

They were clearly refurbishing so not everything was protect but the room I in on the 8th floor was very comfortable and clean and the location was great for seeing a show at the Tacoma Dome.

Very clean. comfy beds. Customer service was exceptional. Tawanna at the breakfast bar brightened the day with her cheery smile and warm hospitality. would definitely recommend!

“Holiday Inn Tacoma a short walk to the glass bridge and glass museum”

Room clean and spacious there was building work going on but didn’t bother us at all. The breakfast room was a little tricky to find had to use a different lift to get to it. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices available. There was also major road works outside the hotel which started work a little early for us just below our window, but obviously nothing the hotel had any control over.

There for a concert at the Dome, was easy access if you pop down the hill and hop on the tram, maybe 3 min walk. A few places around to get a bite to eat or a nice beer. Room was clean, comfy bed and a good shower was all I needed so I was happy

Parking garage was a bonus for me.

I really appreciated the check-in and check-out process (easy and quick); and the friendliness of staff, especially the housekeeping personnel and the cafeteria workers. The hotel facilities were very clean, and the location is convenient for our purposes.

It’s in the center of Tacoma. There are some restaurants and a coffee place at walking distance. As is the glass museum. Parking is free on the street or you can use inside parking for a fee. The breakfast is simple but enough choice to find something.

Room was clean, breakfast was great, and location was great for the concert we went to.
