“My stay was inconvenienced because I was inexplicably blocked from renting.”
I was prevented from renting. I asked and the receptionist and she didn’t know why. I called guest services and they didn’t know. I wrote to corporate and though the website said I would get a response in 48 hours, I have yet to be informed as to why I was blocked from renting. I always leave my room clean and am always kind to the staff. This was shocking to me.

“Glad I made it through the night”
What breakfast? There was coffee and hot water. The check in was great, but couldn't check out due to the line of people chatting with the front desk. She had no interest in helping anyone.

I would not call a coffee, tea or hot chocolate you make yourself at the exit/entrance door breakfast. Oops. Could have Quaker Oats out of a pack in a coffee cup and a mini muffin if there was any left

“Good enough”
Room had great air conditioning. It was mostly quiet aside from the freeway noise. Bed was cozy.
