Comfortable, good, and quiet.

We loved the thoughtful details provided by D&C in our room and the shared bathroom. And the easy and always friendly way they handle being a host. The cats as a greeting committee for us well traveled guests were a wonderful extra.

DON'T STAY HERE! This place is extremely DANGEROUS!!! My four nights here were a complete nightmare! - Unfortunately, review can’t add video. The shouting was so intense that my walls and door were shaking. - The intense argument started around 2am, continued past 3am until police arrived, but the noise lasted until 10am. Although the bathroom was just outside, I was so terrified to leave my room that I held it in until morning. My entire night was spent awake, in fear and anxiety, without a single moment of rest. It totally ruined both my and my friend's trip. The rest of the stay was filled with fear and anxiety. - SAFETY is a SERIOUS ISSUE here! On our last night, the batteries for the smart lock were removed, and the front door stayed unlocked all night. We only noticed in the morning. It was so ridiculous and we felt exposed and unsafe. - Poor management started from day one. I waited over an hour past the 3pm check-in time, and my friend in another room was told her room still wasn’t ready even by 7pm. - The host took no responsibility and responded with rude, dismissive messages. My friend complained about noises at 2am on another night, and the host replied rudely and with no care, “There is no way that was a noise at 2am...” Sound is subjective; just because you didn’t feel it doesn't mean it didn't happen. - I just asked for fair compensation for that horrible night. The host ignored it, pretending nothing happened. The people involved were not random guests; they were friends of the host!! - Afterward, the host quietly took the listing off Booking.com for months, while keeping it active on other sites, clearly trying to hide bad reviews for others to see.

Absolutely loved my stay, hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and perfect with several options, always fresh coffee in the morning. The house was tastefully decorated, very clean, and tidy. Loved the cats who treated us at the door when we arrived at the end of the day. The house had a lovely ambiance and it felt safe and cozy

A hotel room in a place you feel like home? Here you go! The room is well equipped with an A/C unit, microwave and a fridge, fan, TV, electric chargers, wireless chargers... all you need. The bathroom is shared but very clean with all the amenities and free items (from toothbrush to painkillers) in case you need anything. Same goes for the rest of the house: clean, A/C, fridge, couch, coffee, some breakfast items, fresh fruits... And all in a cozy, friendly atmosphere with an immensely responsive and welcoming host! It's very close to the center, about 20 mins from the door by bus, 8 by uber and there are large supermarkets (walmart and more) close by (10 min walking) Amazing stay, would definitely book again.

Host was friendly, when he contacted me 48 hrs before that room that I had booked and paid for was not available. Resonanz given was a not updated calendar from booking.com. Room was refunded. Had to find New accommodations last minute which was a hassle.

Dale & Connors are fantastic hosts! The room has every amenities you can think of: chargers, AC, water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste... lots of thoughtful additional amenities. The breakfast was really good and the 3 cats, adorable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I thought the breakfast was very nice and appropriate. The location was ideal, close to local restaurants, shopping etc. Dale and Conner were wonderful hosts! They were very warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the time we were able to just be in conversation learning about each others lives! This is a very holistic and peaceful home with lots of love for all who enter! I highly recommend these two exceptional individuals to provide you with exactly what you are in need of.

The property was comfortable with everything you need provided, including reasonable continental breakfast items. Very fast WiFi at 400Mbps. Host Dale’s communication was good and he was very pleasant to chat with.
