“Perfect starting place to explore Tabor”
Immediate proximity of the historical market square, historical building itself, clean bathrooms, well used but clean rooms. Kitchen with old but clean furniture and utensils.

“Lovely hostel in a great location.”
Amazing little hostel. Quiet and respectful other guests so a nice vibe. All the facilities you would need and very clean. The check in and staff communication is great. We arrived by bike and were able to secure them safely.

“Relaxing and pleasant”
Affordable and clean, with a nice guest kitchen, it's a great home base for this pretty area in the Lužiny valley. Tábor is charming and this hostel is right off the main square. Took the train to Bechyně (only 61 kc one-way and 45 minutes, every two hours), which is another lovely little town.

“Comfortable place to stay. Lovely building and exceptional cleanliness.”
The building itself was amazing. The level of cleanliness was exceptional. The bedding and beds were comfortable. It is located very close to town square witch was withing walking distance of attractions.

Fantastic location, just by main square. Spacious rooms. Kitchen has everything. Unique character, from inside and outside. No bunk beds. Large lockers. Books and magazines on shelves.

“Please stay at Starkuv Dum.”
The location, right on the main pedestrian street, close to Zizka Square, the hard of Tabor. The house, Starek House, historical one, built back in 17th century. The wonderful dorm room. The atmosphere. The work done by Viktoria. The very correct price: 16,11 EUR, including all taxes for a bed in the dorm. Everything is clean. The place is quiet. The check in system is a modern one.

“Nice hostel in the heart of Tábor”
Good location, absolutely in the centre of the city. Nice staff, easy check in after reception opening hours too. Relatively clean room and bathroom.

“Best option in town for a short stay!”
The staff was great, even coming to check me in outside working hours (bus time problems)! The facilities in the building are also good. It is very close to the main square and about 20 minutes away from the train station by walk. I had a memory foam bed which was more than I expected! The place is clean, there are kitchen appliances which may be used. Also, free WiFi!
