“terrible”
I have stayed in countless countries in all kinds of accommodations, but I have never encountered such inflexible, arrogant, and dismissive staff in my life. I gave notice more than a month in advance that the original dates wouldn't work and picked a later one, only to be told there was no availability. I then suggested a date in the fall when, according to Booking.com, the place was wide open, yet they still refused to move my reservation. With this stingy and petty attitude, they have lost a loyal future client. I travel to this city three or four times a year, but after this experience, I’d rather sleep on the floor than set foot in this place again.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was really goooood!! The old town is not far, but you have to walk at least 15 minutes to get there. Otherwise the train station is really close!

“Perfect weekend stay”
Conveniently placed just about 10mins away from the old town. Everything was close by - shops, groceries even a pharmacy.

“Good location for access to bus and train”
Halfway between historic centre and the bus & train station so reasonably convenient for both. Standard room with TV etc. but no aircon, fan or kettle. Good buffet style breakfast if you get in early - things run out and don't get replenished.
