Lovely hotel, friendly staff.

Conveniently located next to rhe airport with free shuttle. Easy to leave your big luggage for a longer period if you want to do a week off light. Extremely spacy rooms with tea/coffee amenities + iron and ironboard. Superb breakfast and in case you have time, enjoy their pool brunch!

The staff were fabulous, the rooms are large, comfortable and very clean and it's definitely extremely convenient for flights into and out of Quito Mariscal Sucre airport, especially if its at odd hours.

Your room hallway is noisy when trying to sleep after a long flight from Vancouver to Quito, some young girl and dog was making noises, also dirty dishes and drinks all line up at the hallway I think is not necessary, it might be hazardous when emergency walk way to all guests, should have a sign not to put out in the hallway. Other than these point it was good, could have given you 10 points.

Excellent airport shuttle.

Very close to airport and the free airport transfer was very useful especially at 1am. It only cost $15 to get into Quito (about 40 min drive). Very clean and staff lovely! Breakfast good. Great for if you have a day layover in Quito.

“They should not give rooms with connection doors to their guests”

i had a room with a connection door with the other room and this made me hearing every single word form the neighbour room, i could not sleep

everything was better than i expected, the pool, the best part was for my kids, they have a PS5 in the play area, my kids were so happy for a few hours,, they wanted to play more, but i had to cut them off, we played some foosball, as well,,

So close to the airport and easy with the free shuttle. It was a good stay for our final night especially with an early flight.

Well we've genuinly never experienced a Holiday Inn like this - incredible!! From the very minute we stepped off the plane at Quito the service was exceptional ... some of the best we have had in the last 6 months around South America. The hotel is 15 minutes down the road via their courtesy shuttle (just message them to sort). All the team spoke English - some very well! There is a resteraunt open all day with a brilliant choices and prices. A special mention to the chefs here who you can through the glass walls prepping your food - over 3 days it was all perfect! They have a good pool, plenty of seating areas and even a little shop with snacks and essentials. The room was spotlessly clean - the only negative was the towels which could not due with replacing. Other than that every part of the hotel was very well maintained and to be honest looked like it was only recently opened despite being there a few years now. Overall exceptional value for money, top draw service and spotless facilties. Very impressed and would totally recommend!

Staff are all super polite and helpful. They let me take Holly, the hotel mascot dog, for walks. She is much loved by many of us. May she have many toys and walks forever! 😁
