It is an expensive hotel in comparison with others in the area but I really think it is value for money. Butler yid and ann responded timely to everything, sincere, very caring towards my kids too. staff at restaurants helped with every little request of ours. buggies were prompt. Hotel is generous with free activities. You can enjoy a lot already without paying for more. Food is pricey but really taste. I enjoyed every bit of this hotel. Should have stayed longer.

Everything was more than perfect. Our days spent at Phulay Bay were like a dream. Every wish and request was catered to, the staff was beyond attentive, friendly and aproachable. Our butler was marvelous, very professional, yet still humanic and easily approachable. Our deepest gratitude to Angela, who made us feel like home and made our stay unforgettable. The property itself is anabsolute oasis, where little to no flaws could be detected. Despite the humid climate of Krabi, the property was in meticulous condition with very minor signs of wear. Lots of nature and good amount of wildlife, beautiful water streams with ponds across the property. The housekeeping did a very good job by noticing everything what was going on in the room. Every time the room was spotless, just perfect. Every evening, a good-night snack was left at our bedside varying each nigt. Dining was great, including the poolside menu. Pricey, but worth it.

Beautiful esthetics of the hotel, high service standards, great butler who looked after us called Yid (Thank you Yid ❤️). Nice and spacious rooms with beautiful decor and very clean. The hotel put a lot of effort into organizing the room for our arrival with 3 kids, they arranged baby bottles, sterilizer, toilet and bath accessories for kids, It was really great, thank you. Breakfast is exceptional, the food in restaurants is very good. The hotel has a great agenda of events for guests - cocktail evenings, dance shows, complimentary trips to Hong island. The pool is very nice and there are kids friends. The gym was perfect.

Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.
