Everything was exceptional, I could not possibly fault any of the experience at all. From the first moment we stepped in, to the moment we (begrudgingly) left, it was all stunning and incredibly well thought out. The breakfast, gym, beach facilities, room facilities everything was luxurious. And the staff were a delight, calling us by name and always stopping to say hello. Absolute perfection and we will hopefully return as soon as possible.

“Blissful retreat - A perfect Christmas 🎄”

We arrived at sunset and the view from reception was breathtaking. Very smooth check in, taken to our beautiful pool villas and luggage arrived promptly. The rooms very spacious, spotless and comfortable. I had my young granddaughters with me and their beds were made up with children’s bed linen, they had mini slippers and dressing gowns with a bag of children’s toiletries and rubber toys for the bath. Attention to detail. Service was fantastic. The staff remembered names and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Breakfast buffet was impressive. Good variety / choice of food. Tasty and well presented. Pretty faultless.

The staff were beyond lovely. Every single person was friendly, welcoming and polite. The resort is beautiful. The beach is okay, it’s large enough, but the water didn’t look inviting. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary Muay Thai class with Dee. He was great- very patient and skilled. The food was incredible. Overall, I would consider staying again if the price wasn’t so high.

Hi, I want to tell you about our stay at this hotel. A crazy experience, thinking about the little details for the customer, making the customer feel like they are only at the hotel. They treat them like the most special and important guest. Everything is possible, even the impossible, at the hotel it is possible. A perfect restaurant. Delicious food, everything is meticulously prepared at the highest level, and the service at the restaurant - we were there day after day, it simply remembered how I like to drink my drink. Fantastic and perfect together. I especially want to mention Daria and Jayda from the reception who simply did everything for us, made us feel like kings, with an endless smile all the time, on a personal level we celebrated a marriage proposal on the hotel's beach and we especially received Daria + Jayda to give us a hug. When we left, they attached a greeting card with a picture of us and a greeting for the marriage proposal. Amazing!!! A spectacular hotel, every corner is beautiful and precise. 1000000000000000000000/10

“Outstanding stay with an exceptional team!”

The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were blown away by the beautiful surprise room upgrade. When my husband was injured (in the sea), the team supported us every step of the way — from first aid, hospital visits to daily check-ins. We truly felt cared for. We loved the resort so much that we extended our stay. Fantastic food and unforgettable sunsets — we hope to return one day!

The inclusion of the pool, jacuzzi and bathtub in the room is excellent.

I loved everything about this Property . So many beautiful memories of my stay during our summer holidays in August. Loved that we could rent cycle from hotel and ride around . The Beach infront of the hotel is so stunning . The Staff is so impeccable and knows anything that you ask. Also the shuttle ride to the city was bonus . Thankyou so much for having us & we cant wait to come back soon.
