“Excellent”
The location is excellent. It’s in the middle of the town centre. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. The shopping centres the restaurants you cannot go wrong if you choose this Hotel.

“Don’t stay in this hotel”
On surface the hotel and location looks good but it’s a false misleading cover!… It’s a shame because the hotel had potential. We stated in the Royal Suite and supposedly the best room in the hotel. If this was the best room then I worry for the rest of the room.

All the staff are brilliant,helpful and polite. The only thing I can pick up on is a problem that is in most hotels in sylhet they cannot do a deep clean of bathrooms. They will need more training. For example, dirt mark on wall tiles, shower head need to be kept clean, the corner edges of the floor, shower area, ceiling has dirt/mould marks. Wash basin storage section is dirty. They are great people just need some training that’s all.
