“Lovely staff in a convenient location close to public transport and shops.”
Good location just around the corner from Spice Alley which has lots of small restaurants. Also a very short walk to catch the buses going into the city and about an eight-minute walk to Central Railway Station for the trains and light rail. The apartment was clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was fast and consistent. Close to a large supermarket and a good-sized kitchen with cooking utensils etc. so you could cook at home. Lots of coffee capsules and tea bags along with oil, salt and other condiments. The manager organised a second set of keys for us when we asked. The balcony was an added bonus as not many apartments this central to the CBD have balconies.

The appartment was lovely. Chippendale, next to Spice Alley but relatively quiet because it's locatet in a sideroad. Chloe and Jason as hosts very helpful und understanding, even when we where not punctually at the check in. 15 min to walk to Townhall. Perfect location for people who like it private and with all the good things a fully equiped home has in it. Thanks a lot to our hosts! When ever we come again, it will be your place!!!!

Our stay at the Urban Gem Sanctuary was perfect for our Sydney adventure! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the cozy beds made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. Having both a washer and dryer was also incredibly convenient for our stay. We appreciated the tea and coffee provided, and the balcony was a wonderful spot to unwind and plan our activities. The location, just a short walk from Central Station, made getting to and from the airport and around the city super easy. Communicating with the hosts was seamless—they responded quickly and helpfully. We’d absolutely stay here again!
