The hotel is very beautiful and the room was a very large two storey room with a separate living room downstairs which helped for working. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were very large and comfortable. I got room service, which is called the Boujee Box, which was perfect. The location is perfect, very close to Central Station, Central Park, and all the life and experiences around the hotel.

The rooftop bar and swimming pool was not available due to a private function which is disappointing given I assume the availability of this is included in the cost of staying there.

Absolutely beautiful hotel very unique and artsy everything was beautiful decorated, the rooftop area was very nice also. I thought the book in the lobby to write down your story was a wonderful concept I really enjoyed reading what everyone wrote and seeing the pictures.

The staff were exceptional. I required some late night administrative support and staff member Bailey went absolutely above and beyond to provide that. Hugely appreciated and exemplary FoH approach to guest support. 11 out of 10.
