“Host didn't respond messages - didn't show up, didn't answer phones on the date of check in.”
This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The host demanded an open-ended deposit authorization (“to debit ANY costs or expenses”), which was not possible with my corporate card. Despite multiple calls to three different numbers, the host never turned up. We waited for three hours without any response and were forced to find alternative accommodation at 9 p.m. after being left stranded. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against relying on this property.

“It was a great location for access to the city, but the apartment was hot!”
Location was great. The walk along the waterfront to Darling Harbour was a beautiful way to start our days. It’s close to all forms of public transport which is fantastic when we didn’t want to drive everywhere. It was furnished nicely. A lot of holiday apartments that are privately hosted skimp on furniture but not here. It was appreciated.
