Location was great close to shops and the station. The bed was comfortable and you have the essential kitchen appliences.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the television wasn’t working, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We spoke to a lovely woman who suggested we could change rooms and that she would call us back but by 9pm she hadn’t updated us. When we called back, she suggested we could go with a partial refund instead and to email the property manager. I did this the following morning, and was met with a really unhelpful series of messages, where they initially denied any refund. Eventually, they offered a very small $19 partial refund, which 3 weeks on I’m yet to see. Totally ungenerous and inhospitable in terms of a customer service approach.
