Ruth was easy to communicate with and quick to respond and answer question both before and during our stay. 👍 Location was brilliant with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. House was a great size with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Parking on site was a bonus as we knew it was safely on grounds. Too cold to swim but ve great in summer! Kitchen well equipped and some unexpected "treats" were left for us! 😁 Thanks Ruth, loved you home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

“An oasis in the middle of city bustle”
Fabulous house in a vibrant and lively location. Spotless house, great character and interesting art. Great living area and well equipped kitchen, big comfortable bedrooms, but the pool area is what makes this house a real find. Our stay coincided with very hot weather so be swam and barbecued and ate outside every night. It felt like a resort. Another great feature are the double glazed windows which kept the city noise out - the house is under the flightpath fairly close to Enmore Road - brilliant for fun, but noisy! Ruth is a great host - she even came and gave the pool a zhoosh mid stay. I can highly recommend - an oasis in the middle of the city.

“Great host, great location, great pool!”
What a great stay. Ruth is an attentive and friendly host. The location is brilliant and the pool just took to the next level - a tropical resort in the middle of the city! We floated around in the pool by day (Ruth has these little floating seats so you can have an Aperol in hand at all times) and explored the Newtown and Enmore scene later on. Can highly recommend Uncanny, Fortunate Son and La Famelia. And Shenkin for coffee. The house has big high ceilings, a great kitchen, and the outdoor area is like another room. I can highly recommend.

“Perfect location, excellent host, would recommend!”
Location was amazing, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen outdoor area and multiple lounge rooms was perfect!
