Lovely sweet staff, very accommodating! Beautiful affordable 2bdr 2bth suite, with laundry and full kitchen, balcony has open windows for fresh harbour air. Five access cards for four people was excellent.

“fantastic location and staff!”
staff here are exceptional! from assisting to book taxi's, helping get my mobile hairdresser parking so she could do my hair for my special event - nothing was too much trouble - lovely service - honestly a differentiator for me as someone that stays at a lot of hotels.

“I was very impressed at the value for money, location and comfortable room, I will return again.”
Location was brilliant, staff were so lovely and helpful. Value for money was great and considering it had the pool, sauna & spa was great. Very self contained, felt like an apartment. Nice big TV and the Comcast was easy to use. Hairdryer was full sized and powerful.

The staff were obliging. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Able to view sky and water and able to enjoy fresh air, unlike the room we had for the first 2 days which was claustrophobic.

Beautiful, large one bedroom suite with a balcony. Full kitchen including oven. Washing machine and dryer. For the facilities and options in central Sydney, the room was great value. Lovely staff. Great location.
