“Not great value”
Pros-Good location, ease of check in, quiet neighbours, parking, plenty of space, privacy and well appointed. Cons- very uncomfortable seating in lounge, very uncomfortable old, worn out beds, no cutlery (knives or forks), tight parking space and crowded street. Major bad point- the company who manages this property doesn’t refund the deposit until you ask for it. So ten days after checkout and I still don’t have my refund back! After prompting them to action it, they email me to say it will now take ten working days. Given that it’s Easter weekend tomorrow, I will have been without my deposit for a month. Not acceptable at all. All in all, this accommodation is very bad value.

“Perfect luxury location”
Stunning property in beautiful quiet suburb location. Really feels like you're in the forest with the wildlife all around - kookaburras, cockatoos, possums.... Rooms are very comfortable, living space works well, nice BBQ deck/patio too. Very easy to get in to Sydney. Short pleasant walk (15 mins) to local shops - a restaurant, pizza place, patisserie, café and butchers. Short drive (5-10 minutes) to the local supermarket (Woolies), bottle shop and other shops.
