“Fine facilities but disappointed in overall stay. Would have booked the breakfast or parking had”
Breakfast was poor! Expected to walk into a proper buffet style breakfast and was very disappointed to find a very small set up inside of the Boiling Crab Restaurant. We wouldn’t have added the breakfast on had we have know they were renovating and it would be such a poor set up. Especially disappointing as I am a celiac and was extremely limited for options. Had to ask not once but twice for gluten free bread.

I turned up at 11.45am just to ask if i could leve my bags as I was attending a sporting event and was told I could go straight up to my room. Possibly the quickest check-in ive ever experienced. Staff at the front desk were exceptional.
