The property was well maintained, had all the required amenities, access to the property was easy and was in a good location. The commute was only 20 minutes to the CBD which was great. Lizzie was amazing and was available to answer any questions.

Brilliant location, near dozens of cafes and restaurants, a couple of mins from train station and bus stops, and with secure parking too (rare for this area). The host was brilliant - she left a bottle of wine on arrival, and snacks for my toddler. The place is well insulated for noise too, given its proximity to a busy road. Spacious two level apartment with good kitchen space and all utensils you could need.

Very central location with lovely decor. The host even left a bottle of bubbly for me. This is on a busy part of Enmore rd so if you like being in the middle of the action then this is a good place to be, making many attractions just a walk away.

Amazing location, we were there to see a concert at the Enmore theatre. It was only a block away if that. There was incredible food and shopping right outside the door! The attention to detail and all the little added extras made us feel comfortable and spoilt. As we walked in we felt immediately relaxed, there was a beautiful scented candle lit which just added to the mood. There isn’t anything more we could have asked for.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay Lizzie had left so much local information so it was easy to settle in The apartment is in the heart of Newtown, close by to everything however it’s so quiet for sleeping, no noise at all.

The apartment had a charming vibe and was clean and tidy. It was located in a vibrant Sydney suburb with access to a wide range of shops/eateries/bars and public transport. Having secure parking, and being able to access the property earlier than the advertised check in time was an additional bonus, as was having a lift to load our stuff in and out of the car. We will defintely book this place again on our next trip back to Sydney. Loved every minute staying here. Thanks Lizzie!

Lizzie was a dream. Her instructions were very clear and she made her self available if we had any questions. She even supplied us with bread, milk and snacks which was such a lovely touch! We often stay at the Urban across the road but we will stay at this listing from now on.

Complimentary snacks and bottle of bubbly went down a treat on arrival - the overall feel of the space was just exceptional. Felt like home. Lovely artworks, eclectic and interesting books on the shelves. Comfortable furniture and everything you need for a longer work based stay. Particularly loved the shower!! Great pressure and heat - and the head was higher enough I didn't have to duck to get wet!

It was like walking into an Oasis in the heart of bustling Newtown. I thought the extra touches and the bottle of bubbles set the mood for my 4 day stay
