Location , walking distance to main attractions and of course Barangaroo and Darling harbour. The room was clean and staff were welcoming and professional :) The heated pool was nice too also enjoyed a late night hot chocolate which was delicious at the cafe on Lower ground .

Location great, Room was lovely, beds were comfy, reception staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived early to do some shopping and our room was ready for us which was fantastic. parking on site made our stay hassle free.

“Great place, nice location.”
The room was spacious and Carlos who checked us in was so welcoming and kind. The staff really made a difference to our stay. The bathroom was quite luxurious with a range of soaps for both the bath and shower. The bed was comfortable and I liked the addition of the reusable refillable water bottles.

“A wonderful stay”
We had a wonderful stay at Crowne plaza Darling Harbour. We were particularly impressed by Silvia at reception. She was fantastic, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. It felt like she was not just doing her job, but truly wanted guests to feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you, Silvia, and thank you to the Crowne Plaza team. We really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back.

“Great hotel for city visits.”
I loved the convenient location. Close to Town Hall station, Bus services, China town, Darling Harbour and the shops. The swimming pool was clean, a comfortable temperature and a good length for laps. Loved the free Lindt balls at reception.
