Location was great, a short and scenic walk from Darling Harbour. The place had ample room for our group of 4 with nice common areas we wish we had more time to utilise.

“WARNING DO NOT STAY.”

Terrible is an understatement. We arrived at the property to be given the incorrect pin being advised it was changed by the last people. We were then advised the aircon at the lower level didn’t work. There was one small fan provided & we were asked to be understanding. Then as we were cooking in the middle of dinner and about to make some garlic bread the oven wouldn’t turn on. Eventually someone came out to fix it a few hours later & it exploded and made the place smell of gas. On top of that during the oven we noticed the fridge wasn’t cold. All of the food was going yuck it was hot. Someone came out to fix the oven, look at the fridge and the aircon. When he came out he said the oven was broken, the fridge seal was broken & aircon was not fixable. He didn’t fix anything & I had to spend another lot of time on the phone to the agent with him present. They both started taking in mandarin refusing to answer me& hung up. Then I called back and they said they were going to get a new fridge after I complained we would loose $300 worth of food purchased for our stay. They bought the new fridge but then we were unable to use it for 2 hours (mind you this is at 11:30pm the fridge arrived) and I had to turn it on after 2 hours. I not only lost all of the food but then also all of the ice creams in the freezer because they took the old fridge away. In the process they scratched the ground. The agent told me he would pay for the ice creams lost but nothing eventuated. I spent most of my night away from my family having to deal with the back and forth with the agent when nothing got fixed only the fridge at 11:30pm almost 12am in the morning. Two men coming in at that time whilst only having women in the house.

The location was great. The apartment was nice and easy to access. Linen, towels shower wash and cleaning products were there. All we needed was tooth paste.

- Location - proximity to Lyric Theatre, city, public transport, groceries & cafes - Quiet neighbourhood - Pleasant & responsive host who sought to assist with luggage storage and to remediate the problem (ie need for floor cleaning) - Appreciated 2nd toilet; supply of cleaning / household products & some basic pantry items; good appliances.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The house is in an excellent location, situated on a quiet street. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the casino and very close to the Sydney Fish Market. The area also features charming, boutique-style restaurants, perfect for family outings. The house itself was very clean and tastefully decorated—small yet exquisite. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sydney!
