“Clean and great customer service”
Clean and comfortable hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested to leave our bags because we arrived early due to our flight, even though the room was not expected to be ready. To our surprise, the room was already ready before 10 AM, which showed that they truly value their customers.

Receptionist was lovely, very helpful. Ease of access, attractive foyer, liked the hot drinks machine. Comfortable beds - even for child who doesn’t normally like hotel linen.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Location-wise it is great. The room itself was one that didn't have any windows so there was no light from outside, but otherwise it was fine.
