Overview
Willa 4 Pory Roku consists of two villas connected by the beautiful garden. Both are located in peaceful surroundings of the seaside resort Świnoujście, just a 3-minute walk from the sandy beach. The rooms offer views of the dunes and greenery and guests can relax to the sound of the birds and the sea. The interiors of the rooms are inspired by the sea and the nature. Each comes with a TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and towels. On the spot bicycle rental is provided and guests can explore the cycling routes available nearby, some leading to German resorts. Guests can participate in relaxing music sessions with Tibetan gongs and crystal bowls. Willa 4 Pory Roku can arrange for an exclusive sea cruise on a private sailboat giving guests a unique opportunity to relax and admire great views. It is possible for guests to order breakfast at the hotel located next door. There is a spa centre in Ahlbeck, 3 km away, which includes large pools with sea water and saunas.

I liked the location very much. It is super close to the beach, where I could walk with my small dog. The breakfast was good and delicious. I came with the car and parked around the corner. For Sundays you pay nothing but the whole day during the week costs 50 PLN. If you park in the territory of the hotel, it is 60 PLN.

“Very great, short, but comfortable vacation at the Baltic Sea”
Located close to the beach, however still in the quiet area of the town. Our apartment had a roomy terrace, a clean and modern bathroom, a lot of space as well as all the amenities needed. The breakfast was very good with international and polish specialties. It was also pet friendly and had a safe parking space. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

Big, full of light rooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and everything needed. Very kind and friendly personnel. Great location: the promenade is just across the street, and the sea is only a few hundred meters away. We have enjoyed our stay with a little dog and hope to come again. Thank you!

“Wonderful stay, almost perfect guest house”
Superb location - calm, green and mere steps away from the beach, short walk to town centre through leafy streets. Perfect size of the guest house - only a few rooms in each villa makes for a calm ambience, far removed from noise of larger hotels. The owners seemed very nice and relaxed. They have a very good team working there, the lady in charge of the breakfast room was exceptional - professional, warm and helpful. The rooms are generously sized, ours (in Villa Uznam) had a balcony overlooking the promenade - perfect for listening to the dawn chorus in the morning sun or for an evening sundowner. Breakfasts were served in a little cafe at ground floor, which is a lovely, cosy space with seats available also outside. Breakfast was delicious every day and home made cake available for those with sweet tooth. There are dozens small decisions the hoteliers must make to get things just right - it's evident here a lot of thought went into many details. Will definitely book again!
