This apartment is beautifully and functionally designed. Despite its compact size, every square meter has been maximized to ensure comfort and practicality.

I want to say upfront that my review is focused on the property manager Rent Planet, not on the apartment itself. The apartment was perfectly fine – clean, nice, and without any issues. Unfortunately, the mistakes and overall handling by the property manager significantly spoiled our holiday. We decided at the last minute to travel to Poland for a long weekend. We booked the apartment on Thursday evening and immediately received a registration form. After completing it, we were supposed to receive the check-in instructions, but that did not happen. The form showed that the payment had not been completed and that the instructions would only appear after payment, which was not true – we had already paid the full amount via Booking. Since we were already on the road with our family and nothing changed even after some time, I started to panic and called their hotline. First, you have to listen to an extremely long automated message before being connected to an operator. Thankfully, they do have a 24/7 English-speaking hotline with very kind operators who genuinely tried to help. After I explained the situation, they fixed the issue and unlocked the information in the registration form. However, this was just the beginning of the problems. The description of the apartment’s location is absolutely terrible – no pictures, no arrows, not even a properly marked location on Google Maps. Since the address includes multiple buildings and garages, we were desperately walking from one building to another, trying to figure out where we were supposed to stay. On top of that, we were not given a clear description of where the garage or the apartment was located, nor did we receive the garage access code. Only after two calls to the hotline did I finally receive the access codes, and luckily a local resident helped guide us in the right direction. Then came the third problem.

I didn't go in at all, because they didn't send the entry instructions, and when they sent them, I went to the apartment where there were people, and when I wrote to them, they delayed and replied, but at the end of the day they replied and sent the same old instructions to the apartment where there were people. I want all my money back, and I won't shut up.
