Nice wellness hotel adults only, great food and lovely staff. It was very quiet, only pool and sauna were quite busy. Located in the centre of Swieradow Zdroj.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, very nice staff. The food was excellent, we only had breakfasts but there was a side selection of local as well as international choices. The wellness was super clean, not too many people.

“Super hotel, super staff, great food, very good facilities”
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got caught in a traffic jam coming from Prague and arrived late for our 1/2 board dinner and we didn't phone ahead to explain. They kept our table ready and food warm and served us 45-minutes after the normal closing time. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a good variety of items. The fact that the hotel is full of German pensioners proved to be good signal for its overall quality.

It was a nice stay, however it wasn't exactly what I have expected. I was nicely surprised that our room got cleaned eventhough we were only for 2 days. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff was very friendly. We got massages, they were great, exactly what I needed. I do recommend them.
